- prices / sales final
- won't emulate someones style
- you may edit my art with CREDIT

I RETAIN THE RIGHT TO:- refuse any commission
- refuse tedious edits / changes
- require a few weeks to a few months per comm / trade
- end our convo w / o refund if client is rude or otherwise unpleasant

I WILL DRAW:- humanoids, furries, ferals
- NSFW ( + varying fee )
- gore / blood, sexual gore
- fandom ( ponies, cookies, etc )
- creatures + monsters
- couples, group pictures ( + varying fees )

I WON'T DRAW:- PiV / heterosexuals ( NO m / f ships, NO het in NSFW )
- mech ( androids OK )
- hatespeech, offensive material
- comics, strips, storyboards
- anonymous comms. this is a personal preference
- "noncon" , ddlg, unsanitary fetishes, underage, incest, inflation, age regression, if you feel the need to ask i probably won't draw it.

ADOPTABLES / DESIGNS:YOU MAY:
- resell any design for any price even if you didn't purchase it originally
- sell / gift / trade
- edit drastically
- make fusions ( NOT breedables ) so long as both OG designs are credited to their owners
- co own my designs
- use my art in the resale of other designs
- use my designs for commercial or promotional purposes PROVIDING:
+ i am CLEARLY CITED as the designer
+ you sell ORIGINAL DRAWINGS depicting my designs. you are never permitted to resell my artYOU MAY NOT:- remove credit anywhere for any reason
- claim as your own
- trace / reference / redistribute / colorpick in any formats under any circumstances
- turn my oneoffs into "closed species". pasting my designs onto extant species is fine
- repost my work. i post all comms and trades , it helps support me to simply retweet them to your account
- use my designs for hatespeech or offensive material , edit my art or designs for nefarious purposes, "mint" or NFT my work
- use my art / designs for gross fetish art. including but not limited to: non/dubcon , bestiality , underage , incest , unsanitary fetishes like scat and vomit
+ while i can't fully limit what people do, i can and will screenshot all instances of TOS breaking, block, and warn other artists. i will keep "bad clients" social medias so i won't forget to never work with you if i catch you engaging in any of the above activities.
